I was blown away by the quality of the food at Alisal. The highlight for me was the cowboy poetry breakfast, which was both entertaining and delicious. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared, and the emphasis on local sourcing made each dish feel special. I highly recommend trying the corned beef from St. Patrick’s Day dinner—it was, hands down, the best I've ever had!

Endless Fun for Kids

The children's amenities at Alisal made our family trip lovely! From the petting zoo where they could interact with adorable animals to the art room filled with hands-on activities, my kids had the time of their lives. Amazing Outdoor Activities

Ultimate Relaxation Retreat

For relaxation, the spa at Alisal was an oasis. My husband and I booked massages right after check-in, and it set the tone for our entire stay. My family and I just returned from yet another incredible stay at Alisal, celebrating our 40th anniversary. The variety of activities kept us all engaged, from horseback riding to ping-pong, and every meal was a delightful experience. We were well taken care of, and the atmosphere was perfect for family bonding. While the service was excellent overall, there might be a bit of a wait during peak dining hours. It's definitely worth the splurge for all the experiences offered, although some dining could use a little more efficiency.
